There exists an extremely large group of chess players who are no longer beginners nor, on the other hand, masters or point hunters, but players who aim primarily at deriving an aesthetic satisfaction from the game. For such players an attacking game is more attractive than positional technique and they will continue to attack regardless of risk., for their stormy contest are not going to be noted down in theoretical textbooks. i revisit your blog, and knew it was very good, but i just want to stand up and clap.
it is obvious that you are both very commited and passionate about the game, and represent the best of breed in this category. thank you.
keep up the good work... and just to let you know that we visited again.
no significant news here outside recent posts, other than to say that most of all, i feel the need to continue CT-Art as i had my best rating performances these last six months while tackling it daily, but, when i do CTA, i do it very carefully, and in great concentration and deliberation, rather than in slap-dash, 'hopechess' mode. of course, i work daily at chess, so it is a matter of where the effort is allocated.
in investment, allocation is THE number one factor, in risk versus reward.
take care, david
